The pavilion is available for rent for $50 per day for activities. Guests will still pay general admission.
There are six picnic tables under the pavilion and a grill is available. A small swing set is located adjacent to the pavilion.
The stage has plentiful seating and has electrical connections. It's perfect for small performances, weddings, and ceremonies.

The St. Stephens Historical Park is a historical park with lodging and recreational assets. This park is not equipped or staffed to host large events. The stage and pavilion are not available to rent for large events (over 100 people in attendance) or for commercial (for-profit) events. These spaces are designed to accommodate park events and small personal gatherings. Please keep in mind that the person renting the stage or pavilion is responsible for making sure that all guests have paid admission.
The pavilion and the stage are not usually rented for evening events. Day visitors to the park are expected to exit the park before 7PM.
Evening events require additional security and park personnel. These events are priced by the Park Director after a consultation.
