Over fifteen miles of trails wind all around the park to provide a peaceful respite from a busy world. Trails skirt the edge of the Tombigbee River and rise on the bluff over the Quarry Lake.
The playground was destroyed by Hurricane Zeta. A new playset should be in place by Summer 2021.
Guests can fish from the bank of the lake or rent a jon boat for $3 per hour. The lake was stocked in September 2019 and has quite a few trophy fish swimming about.
NO BOAT RENTAL DUE TO COVID-19.
The fifteen miles of trails that wind through the park are perfect for horseback riding. The park does not provide horses. Horseback riding is $8 per day. If a guest stays overnight and needs a stall for their horse, the charge is $15 per night, and there is no additional charge for riding.
Per state law, negative Coggins papers are required.
